Agitation against Nithyananda arrival at Tiruvannamalai.
Nithyananda 34th Birthday was celebrated at his Ashramam at Tiruvannamalai on 29-12-2010. Indian women’s organization, Indian Youth Democratic Federation and Progressive writers Association agitated his arrival at Tiruvannamalai and raised slogan against him.
Saint Nityananda’s episode has already been unveiled by Sun Tv in its video broad cast on 2-3-2010.. As Nityananda, a saint’s pervert activities have been caught up in the camera, the time he was indulged in sexual activities with some actress.
Sun TV has broad castled thro’ a video clip on 2-3-2010 which opened the ugly face of the Nityananda with a film actress, and every half an hour this was broad castled by Sun TV throughout the world and being guilty Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam never have guts to come forward to stop the action of Sun TV.
Swami Nithyananda, arrested for rape and other criminal charges, got bail on Friday [11-6-2010]. The Karnataka High Court granted conditional bail to him and his close disciple Swami Bhaktananda. Justice Subhash B Adi while allowing the two bail petitions filed by Nithyananda has asked him to furnish a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and two local sureties. Not just that. The court laid down several other conditions — that Nithyananda should not leave the place without the permission of jurisdictional court and mark his attendance once in every 15 days at the jurisdictional police station. “He should not indulge in any teachings or preaching except yoga. A spiritual head should be free from all attachments and denounce world. However, it is not for this court to dwell on that issue. The public is already sensitized by media in this regard. Affecting and hurting religious feelings is more serious than a stab injury. “Actress Ranjtha, the woman in the CD, has so far not been questioned as she is in the US. The video footage showing arrested self-styled godman Nithyananda Swami in a compromising position with a Tamil actress is “genuine”, a top CID official said Thursday. “The video footage is genuine. It is untampered and there is no indication of alteration in the video. As far as image comparison is concerned, that is still to be done,”
CID’s Deputy IGP Charan Reddy said. The CD was sent to Central Forensic Science Laboratory Hyderabad for analysis where it was found to be authentic, he said.
We are also reminding Nithyananda that as per Court verdict, he should not indulge in any preaching or teaching except Yoga. He must also repent for his past sinful activities and take forgiveness for his sins from God and then only he will attain peace of mind.

Vaiko says malicious campaign made deliberately to malign the LTTE.
On 24 September 2010 (Friday) the proceedings commenced at 3.30 p.m., in Court Room 2 of Delhi High Court. The Hon’ble Judge Vikramjit Sen, Senior Judge permitted MDMK General Secretary Vaiko to place his arguments to implead him in the proceedings about the ban on LTTE.
The central government of India extended the ban on LTTE for another two years in May 2010. The Indian government says even though the LTTE is eliminated in Sri Lanka, the remnant LTTE cadres and leaders are regrouping in Tamil Nadu, a state that favors a separate homeland for the Tamils in Sri Lanka.
The Home Ministry of India has noted that there is a possibility of LTTE's remnant cadres using India and especially, Tamil Nadu as a rear base for their regrouping activities.
Vaiko told “My Lord, I am really happy for this opportunity to clarify this vital point. The LTTE never wanted to annex even an inch of land of Tamil Nadu with their Tamil Eelam,” Vaiko replied.
“Could the Union Government of India prove that the LTTE did mention in any of their periodicals or manifesto or publications? They could not. This is beyond any stretch of imagination of Eelam Tamils. This is a vicious, malicious campaign made deliberately by the Indian Government to malign the LTTE,” Vaiko told the Tribunal.
The special tribunal, headed by a High Court Justice to examine the legality of extension of ban on LTTE, declined a plea made by Vaiko, to hear him before passing any order.
Tamils only must unite for giving a new life to our bereaved Tamil Eelam brethrens.

Kalaignar told Vaiko that your party will be DMK after me?.
At Annadurai's 102nd birth anniversary conference in Kancheepuram on 15-9-2010, the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam has demanded that the Constitution be re-examined and amended suitably to ensure a true federal system in the country so that States enjoy autonomy in internal affairs.

Addressing a public meeting at Kancheepuram , Mr. Vaiko said, “Democracy is in peril in Tamil Nadu. Attempts are being made to stifle the voice of people and even the media.”

Elangovan wants 109 Seats for Congress and a Chief Minister or Dy Chief Minister Post.
Former Union minister of state and senior Congress leader EVKS Elangovan on Friday[10-9-2010] demanded removal of K. V. Thangkabalu from Tamil Nadu Congress Committee president’s post charging that he was indulging in activities that weaken the party.
Accusing Thangkabalu of behaving in an autocratic manner, Elangovan told TOI that he had removed six persons from Congress and Youth Congress without even seeking an explanation from them. The TNCC president has no authority to remove workers from the party, he said and pointed out that the disciplinary committee could initiate such steps. Under Thangkabalu’s leadership, Congress had come to a standstill in the state, charged Elangovan, adding that the TNCC president had no time to meet people and propagate central government’s welfare schemes to the masses.
Elangovan has been critical of the DMK government, firing salvos at the DMK leadership for allegedly appropriating credit for central government’s welfare schemes. He says there is no use in giving Free Colour TV without providing electricity for people.
He told that in !980 alliance DMK provided 110 seats to Congress and now he wants 109 seats to congress and a Chief Minister or Dy Chief Minister Post.
It is our sincere appeal to Kalaignar to consider the request of Elangovan and earn a memorable name in the History.

Dharmapuri or Kovai or Godhra or Madurai Dinakaran Office attack all are Barbaric Act.
Dharmapuri or Kovai or Godhra or Madurai Dinakaran Office attack all are Barbaric Act.
Wherever looting, throwing petrol Bomb setting fire to any office or bus by unwanted elements will be a barbaric act only. But justice awarded by Courts for these anti social people were in a different way and the reasons is not known to us.
The 1998 Coimbatore bombings occurred on Saturday, February 14 1998, in the city of Coimbatore aiming the BJP Leader L.K.Advani Meeting., Tamil Nadu, India. 46 persons – 35 men, 10 women and one child – were killed and over 200 injured in 13 bomb attacks in 11 places , all of them within a 12km radius, 4 bombs were planted at R S Puram area, two near Bus Stand, 1 near Coimbatore Medical College Hospital and at Ukkadam area. These car bombs were the work of Muslim fundamentalist group “Al Umma” which had a strong presence in Coimbatore. Abdul Nazar Madani leader of Peoples Democratic Party involved in Coimbatore Bomb Blast Case was not punished.
On 27 February, 2002, Sabarmathi Express train stopped at Godhra station only for 5 minutes, 7.42 to 7.47 AM. The train was stopped at 7.48 AM just outside the station and there was stone-throwing between 7.48 to 8.00 AM. At 8.05 AM the train was stopped again and then between 8.05 - 8.17 AM the coach S6 and S7 was set on fire. It passes imagination how Muslim activists made the necessary preparations to perform its devilish design and executed its plan in just 12 minutes! In any case, the majority of all those who perished in the burning of ill-fated coach were Karsevaks, falls to pieces. No activists were given punishment in this tragic incident.
All the 17 accused for burning three employees of the Tamil daily Dinakaran in the Madurai office in May 2007 have been set free by a Tamil Nadu court as the key witnesses turned hostile. The accused were acquitted by the principal district sessions court on Wednesday.
The attack on the Dinakaran office allegedly by Alagiri’s supporters happened after the daily published a survey that said Dayanidhi Maran – son of late Murasoli Maran and a nephew of Karunanidhi – ranked ahead of Alagiri, the DMK’s strongman from Madurai, in popularity. Vinoth, Gopi and Muthupandi died when the Dinakaran office was burnt. The incident was recorded on video by several news channels.
The Supreme Court on Monday [30-8-2010] awarded the death penalty to three AIADMK activists for setting afire to Agricultural university bus in Tamil Nadu’s Dharmapuri town on February 2, 2000, which resulted in the death of three girls. A barbaric act, says Supreme Court.
We are unable to understand how the extremist’s committed serious crime in places other than Dharmapuri were let off and now what is the reason in punishing the AIADMK party men. Whether the relatives will not grieve for the demise of their kin’s in Godra, Coimbatore and Madurai riots. A Barbaric act means it will sound for all the cruelties done to humanity irrespective of places.

Vethathri Maharishi and Kalaignar Brahmin Yoga Guru Desikachari.
Even though Kalaignar Karunanidhi having the habit of always criticizing the Brahmin Community, he openly admits that he is undergoing Yoga training under a Brahmin Guru by name Desikachary. Participating in the centenary celebration of Vethathiri Maharishi organised in Chennai by the World Community Service Centre, Mr Karunanidhi said to attract the people, and the spiritual leader did not use magical powers or claim that he was in contact with god. As he had possessed rationalism that would help people to realise themselves, his teachings and messages were still adored. His teaching comprises an integrated system of simple daily exercises, meditation, introspection and his philosophy of pantheistic monism..
Ramalinga Adigal (1823-1874) and Vethathiri Maharishi were conscious of the influence of superstitions on people and they strove for showing the correct path to the public, Kalaignar Karunanidhi also said that he is also having a Yoga Guru by name Desikachary with home he is practicing the daily Yoga exercises. He also told that if we do the exercises regularly, we can live long and do some good thing to our country. We also appreciate Karunanidhi for having Yoga training under a Brahmin Guru.

Top film heroines high on cocaine.
Top film heroines high on cocaine.
Tollywood in Hyderabad is a vice den. If you had suspicions about this earlier then Hyderabad police commissioner A K Khan confirmed it on Friday [20-8-2010] in an open press conference. “There is widespread abuse of hard drugs in Tollywood. The lists of 65 cocaine users that we have include top film heroines, entrepreneurs and students from affluent families. Among the places drugs are sold are the premises of nine leading pubs in the city,” Khan told incredulous newspersons.
“We are keeping a watch on them and if they don’t mend their ways, it is just a matter of time before we catch them red-handed,” he warned. Khan had called for the press conference after the arrest of the two brothers of film actor Ravi Teja and a Nigerian peddler on Thursday night.
According to the commissioner, intelligence gathering had been stepped up following recent arrest of four cocaine supplying gangs and it was realised from their confessions that there are several cocaine peddlers in the city and a huge number of users.
Khan said, “We have information about drug abuse at nine such places and once we collect evidence, the managers will be behind the bars and the establishments shut down.” Asked to name the pubs, he said “think of the names of the top ones and you will know the names”.
“Not just supply of cocaine... spiking of drinks with certain drugs and tablets in certain pubs is very high which might prove dangerous for the female customers,” Khan said.
Meanwhile, those arrested for possession of cocaine on Thursday night near Green Mosque on Banjara Hills Road, namely actor Ravi Teja’s brothers B Raghunatha Raju alias Raghu Babu, 34, and Bharath Raju, 36, their friend, D Naresh, 40, and Nigerian peddler Chima Clement, 45, were presented before the media on Friday. A team of west zone police first nabbed Chima and through him caught the trio.
Junior Vikatan in its issue dated 29-8-2010 says that Actress Trisha expressed that I don’t know how that Nigerian youth got my Phone Number and I have no dealings in hard drugs and I am not having any habit of using hard drugs and this news is due to the enmity by seeing my growth.
We request that Tamil Nadu Police must also take stringent action in eradicating hard drug use by people in whatever position they are.

Demonstrations and Tamil Nadu D.M.K. Government Differential treatment
Demonstrations and Tamil Nadu D.M.K. Government Differential treatment
Bus commuters struggled to reach their destination on Tuesday [24-8-2010] in Chennai with over 1,000 of the Metropolitan Transport Corporation’s (MTC) more than 3,000 buses staying off the roads. Reason? About 6,000 drivers and conductors of the corporation affiliated to the ruling DMK’s Labour Progressive Front (LPF) had gone off to participate in a rally demanding wage revision.
Office-goers and school students, and public caught unawares by the mass absenteeism, had to wait for a long time for buses.
The MTC has about 18,000 drivers and conductors, of whom at least 6,000 took part in the rally from Parry’s Corner to Pallavan Salai.
In some depots, temporary workers alleged that they were threatened by LPF members against reporting for duty even after they had signed in the attendance register.
Officials in the MTC admitted that the agitation by the LPF had caused trouble to the commuters. But, they did not comment on whether action would be taken against those who did not report for duty in order to participate in the rally.
“How can the DMK Government allow members of the union owing allegiance to it to make people suffer? Had this been done by members of other unions, action would have been initiated by now,’’ said a middle-level official in the MTC. [Times of India 25-8-2010].
In the case of I.A.S. Officer Umashankar who was placed under suspension last month; the state unit of the BSP approached the city police on July 24 for permission to hold a demonstration at Memorial Hall, which is the scheduled place for such demonstrations. The petitioner was called to appear for an inquiry on July 26, which he complied with. The city police refused permission on July 28.
Justice V Dhanapalan, relying on a host of judicial pronouncements on the freedom of expression and the right to hold demonstrations, said the authorities cannot impose blanket ban on demonstrations. At best, they can regulate the agitations, by deploying police personnel at the venue, the judge said.
People must think over the differential treatment of the Tamil Nadu Government in allowing the Demonstration by LPF and denying permission to protest against the suspension of Dalit Officer C.Umasankar.

[Part-1] AIADMK General Secretary Selvi Jayalalithaa Speeches At Trichchirappalli on 14-8-2010.
In our opinion the sea of people’s crowd in the Jayalalaithaa meeting is due to the prices hike in all commodities and the middle and low salaried people wants to show their strength unanimously to agitate against the DMK Government economic polices.

ATM sex center in Kancheepuram..
ATM sex center in Kancheepuram..
Junior Vikatan Tamil weekly in its issue dated 15-8-2010 states that ATMs are being used by college students as sex centers and they have received some video clippings showing the pictures of some college students are doing these shameful activities near the College ATMs. We have also published some of those pictures.
Junior Vikatan reporters went to some places near Kancheepuram, to find out these unwanted activities and at last they found it happened in one of the ATM centre near the college. Students usually come to ATM for withdrawing the money, but they did extra sex activities. Junior Vikatan questioned the Security, telling some young people are inside the cabin for more than 10 minutes, then the security knocked the door and then one young boy and girl came out side.
Parents are sending their children to College by spending their hard earned money, but their children’s are not remembering their affectionate faces and doing these shameful activities.
We are explaining the story as it is in Junior Vikatan issue dated 15-8-2010.

Disgrace for Kalaignar if he accepts the Title Second Ghazni.
Disgrace for Kalaignar if he accepts the Title Second Ghazni.
To invite Kalaignar Karunanidhi for the inauguration of the Chennai Kattupalli desalination Plant at Minjur on July 31, from Tiruvottiyur to Minjur DMK party men exhibited banners describing Karunanidhi in several manners and also a banner greeting him as Second Ghazni of India. In our opinion Mohammed Ghazni invaded India and destroyed several Hindu Temples. Kalaignar even though a strong atheist, he will not definitely agree with Ghaznis atrocities done towards Hindustan. Here I am telling a bit of invasion story of Ghazni towards India.
Alptagin a Turk leaving the services of his master in northern Persia penetrated into Afghanistan and set up a small kingdom with its centre at Ghazni. In 962 Subuktigin a slave who succeeded him was the first Muslim to attempt the invasion in India Subukthigin was succeeded in 997 by his son Mohammed. He waged a Jihad against the idolaters of Hindustan. It is calculated that between the years 1000 and 1026 he raided India seventeen times, traversing the ground between the Indus and Ganges. We learn from the history he slew tens of thousands of Hindus and took crowds of slaves. On one occasion he stormed the fortress of Kangra [Nagarkot] where the Hindus grandees kept their wealth, and thus came into possession of immense stores of treasure and jewels. Muslim annalists say the spoils he took with him to Ghazni must have been colossal.
Mohammed Ghazni another achievement was the capture of Somanath, in Gujarat, in 1025-26. It is said that one hundred thousand pilgrims used to assemble at its costly temple, which was served by one thousand Brahmin priests. Is fame and wealth of its gems enticed Ghazni to make the exhausting march across the Rajputana desert from Multan. To the dumb amazement of its protectors he sacked the place, carrying off to Ghazni the famous golden gate of the temple and treasure worth one million pounds sterling. Lastly the Ghazni dynasty was short lived A nephew of the man who sacked Ghazni eventually set up his throne there commonly known as Mohammed Ghori. Little remains there only to day to remember Ghaznis name. In the name of Jihad Ghazni has not earned anything but a curse only from lakhs of Hindu people.
Kalaignar only told that Temples should not be a hiding place for immoral people and Devotion should not become as false outward show. This will stand good for all religion. If Kalaignar accepts that he as a Second Ghazni that will bring only disgrace to him.

Justice must be same for both Minister and I.A.S.officer.
Justice must be same for both Minister and I.A.S.officer.
Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers MK Alagiri will no longer have to fight shy of Parliament on the ground that he is not well-versed in English or Hindi.
An arrangement has now been worked out by Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar by which the minister would be able to face Parliament effectively. The Speaker has told him that he could answer main question by reading out the reply in English and the supplementary could be fielded by his deputy Srikant Jena.
Parliament sources described it as a "fair solution" as it would solve the language problem being faced by Alagiri, a senior DMK leader and son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi. Alagiri had been keeping away from the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha for most of the time as he is not comfortable speaking in English or Hindi and wants to speak in Tamil.
But at present in Tamil Nadu fresh recruits to the civil services, all non-Tamil IAS officers in Tamil Nadu have to clear 10th class level Tamil exam. And the Tamil department frequently inspects files of various government officers to find out if they write in Tamil. All government offices have been provided with PCs with Tamil keyboards. Chief Minister M Karunanidhi made a fervent appeal to the bureaucrats on Monday to write their file noting in Tamil.
But several non-Tamil officers, mostly north Indians, who comprise over 60% of the IAS and IPS officers in Tamil Nadu, say writing a few words in Tamil is fine, but “writing two or three pages of Tamil” would lead to time delay and “avoidable flaws”.
“When I accept the recommendations of my subordinates, I write “Yerkalam” (can be accepted)” and when I wish to reject, I write “vendam” (no). But beyond that, I would require the help of my secretary. And obviously, it would take a longer time to clear files if we stick to Tamil,” says a secretary-level officer who is from Andhra Pradesh.
Retired Tamil speaking officer, who served in Punjab, said, “Such instructions to write notes in local language will not contribute to the efficiency in administration, for the officers have to be proficient in that language to understand the notes written by his subordinates in Tamil. If he is not proficient then it leads to problems.” When he worked in Punjab, he wrote in Hindi if it was a one-line note but if it was a detailed note, he always preferred English.
Now, some of the north Indian IAS officers too make a conscious effort to put in Tamil words in their files. “However they say, we find speaking in Tamil at public forums is far more difficult than writing in Tamil.” Indeed, at many government functions, when non-Tamil IAS officers rattle off in Tamil, ripples of giggles float around the auditoriums. For most of the officers say “amateur”[அமைச்சூர்] instead of “amaichar” [அமைச்சர்] (minister).
Periar in his magazine “Kudi Arasu “dated 20-1-29 says if a common language is required for India that must be English. Our Chief Minister Kalaignar who is following the foot step of Periar may kindly think over the justice rendered to his son and not to compel I.A.S. officers to prepare statements in Tamil which may create administrative delays and problems

Horlicks bottles and Union Minister Alagiri
Horlicks bottles and Union Minister Alagiri
AIADMK General Secretary Selvi Jayalalitha suspected a link between the disappearance of a consignment of the beverage and the free distribution of Horlicks to the people at a recent medical camp in her Andipatti constituency by Union minister M K Alagiri.
Referring to reports that about 9,000 bottles of Horlicks, brought from Haryana to a godown near Sholavandan in Madurai district, went missing on July 12, she said the lorry owner had to move the Madurai bench of the Madras high court after the police refused to register a complaint.
Alleging that Alagiri had doled out bottles of the beverage to about 8,700 people at Andipatti on July 18 as part of chief minister M Karunanidhi’s birthday celebrations, Jayalalithaa said there was a suspicion among the public whether there was a link with the bottles that disappeared. She also demanded that the state government recommend a CBI probe into the incident as the Union minister was suspected to have a “link”.
We request the Tamil Nadu Government to find out the real culprits who have stolen the Horlicks Bottles and to clear the doubts from peoples mind.

DMK attacked Indira Gandhi in Madurai and now keeping friendship with Congress.
In 1979, when the All India Congress President and former Prime Minister of India Mrs.Indira Gandhi visited Tamil Nadu, she was attacked by the D.M.K., Mr.Nedumaran who accompanied her, shielded her and bore the brutal attacks on his body and saved Mrs. Gandhi’s life. After this incident, Mrs. Gandhi used to call Nedumaran as her eldest son.
Now Actor S.S.Chandran says to Junior Vikatan in its issue dated 28-7-2010, Indira Gandhi was attacked during the procession by D.M.K. and all over her sari, and there was blood
Stain. When all the parties condemned this brutal attack, DMK party leaders criticized that it is only a stain due to women menstrual blood. The leader who has criticized like this is still in DMK and this is there long friendship with Congress Party.

Sonia-Sania reference in”Thillalangadi” film angers Congress Leader.
Sonia-Sania reference in”Thillalangadi” film angers Congress Leader.
A forthcoming Tamil film, ‘Thillalangadi’, has pitted Tamil Nadu Congress leader KV Thangkabalu against chief minister M Karunanidhi’s grand-nephew Kalanithi Maran. The bone of contention is the use of Sonia Gandhi’s name in the promos telecast on Sun TV. Thangabalu has demanded that the dialogue be dropped from the film.
The trailer shows heroine Tamannah asking hero ‘Jayam’ Ravi to have some ambition in life, and aim to become either a police officer or a software engineer. The hero retorts, saying, “I too want you to become a party president like Sonia Gandhi or a tennis player like Sania Mirza.”
The Sonia-Sania reference has upset Congress cadres, claimed Thangkabalu, the state Congress chief, in a statement on Thursday. “Party cadres are upset about the ‘derogatory’ reference to our party leader Sonia Gandhi. We demand that the dialogue that is being repeatedly telecast in the promos be stopped and removed from the film,” said Thangabalu. “Our leader has made so many sacrifices for the country and is extremely selfless. She cannot be mentioned with such disrespect,” he said, adding that the collective feeling of the cadres could not be ignored.
Such irreverent references to political leaders can be avoided, and I have requested my friend Kalanithi Maran (who heads the Sun Network Group) to remove the objectionable lines before the film releases today,” he added.
However, Hansraj Saxena, chief operating officer of Sun Pictures, which is releasing the film, said the dialogue was being ‘misunderstood.’ The objection is surprising, said the film’s director ‘Jayam’ Raja. “I am a very careful person and I take care not to hurt the sentiments of anyone since my films are meant for a family audience. I felt that the Sonia-Sania reference would go down as positive role models,” he said.
But TNCC President Thangabalu is unimpressed with what he terms ‘trivialising’ of his leader’s image. “Nobody becomes a party leader overnight or by dreaming of it,” he pointed out. The responsibility of assuaging the wounded feelings of his party cadres rested with him, Thangabalu said.
It is our request that Sun Pictures must give respect to the feelings of Congress workers and the Tamil Nadu Congress President K.V.Thangabalu and they must remove the dialogues pointed out by them from the movie. From removing one dialogue, they will not get any great loss but they will get satisfaction for giving respects to others sentiment.

Whether Tamil Nadu Labour Minister received Rs.25, lakhs Bribe?
Whether Tamil Nadu Labour Minister received Rs.25, lakhs Bribe?
CPI (M) MLA C. Govindasamy, representing the Tiurpur constituency, was expelled from the primary membership of the party for defying the decision of the party district committee against organizing felicitation for DMK Ministers.
The party State secretary G. Ramakrishnan, who attended the district committee meeting in which the decision on expulsion was taken, said, “We were under compulsion to expel him as he refused to change his attitude even after he was given a long rope.”
Mr. Govindasamy was removed as the leader of the CPI (M) in the Assembly and from the State committee in the wake of allegations that in 2008 he acted as a conduit between the owners of the Tirupur hosiery units and the Labour Minister against the interest of the workers.
“When the hosiery units faced action from the Labour department for violating labour laws with regard to overtime, the owners of the unit collected Rs. 25 lakh and the bribe amount was passed on to the Minister through the Tirupur M.L.A.,” District Secretary Mr Kamaraj said.
Mr. Kamaraj also said the party was left with no option but to explain the truth behind his expulsion because Mr. Govindasamy had been leveling baseless allegations against the party.
It is now for Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to find out the fact, whether his labour minister has received the bribe amount from the hosiery units for violating labour laws.
